East Hampstead pedestrian seriously injured when struck by car
Central Street in East Hampstead is a two-lane road without much of a shoulder, although the shoulder is clearly marked. If a person was walking on the shoulder, and a car was driving within its lane, there is no reason why an accident should occur. The aerial view shows that the neighborhood is primarily residential. An accident occurred on Central Street near Moulton Drive when a 20-year-old East Hampstead man was stuck by a car and seriously injured. Should the driver be deemed negligent in any way, the driver could be held liable in civil court for the personal injuries…
